This is something fun to do with yummy food so we wanted to show it for you! Eat well!
You know those actors who seem to spend their entire careers in supporting roles, yet manage to steal every scene they’re in? I think about that when I get great al pastor tacos—the crisp-edged pork is the star, but it’d be nothing without that sweet roasted pineapple. I don’t cast movies, but I am the master of my own taco, and if I want to graduate the pineapple from supporting role to star, I’ve got the power to do it.
