Crab Imperial Eggs en Cocotte
These easy, individually baked eggs sit atop a layer of Maryland’s classic Crab Imperial—blue crabmeat tossed in mayonnaise with Dijon mustard and herbs. A dash of Old Bay on top finishes them off.
